How do I place an order?

We accept orders by the PO and online ordering.

What information should be included in my order?

We require the following information to process any order :

1.Recipient name

2.Catalogue number of the item(s)

3.Shipping address and billing address (the billing address must be an organization)

4.Telephone number

5.Email address

What is a Purchase Order Number (PO#)?

Most organizations give a PO# to every order sent to a supplier. This PO# will be shown on the supplier’s invoice and thus enabling the organization’s administration to confirm that the supplier’s invoice is valid easily .

When can I receive my order?

Once we receive your order, we will process the delivery within 2 working day. Handling and processing by FedEx will take another 3~5 working days.

What is the TSCA?

For U.S. only. The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) form is administered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). According to the U.S. Custom regulation, chemicals purchased from countries outside US must include the TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act) certification signed by the receiver in the package. Please, therefore, fill out the enclosed TSCA form and e-mail it back to us. Does the transit time affect the product?

Most of our products are stable at room temperature, so where is applicable, they are shipped without ice packs. Once receiving your order, storage in the refrigerator or freezer (as indicated on the label) is recommended for long-term stability of a product.

How we pay for the order?

We accept credit card, bank and wire transfer as methods of payment

Do you charge VAT?

We must charge VAT unless your organization is VAT exempt, in which case a copy of your VAT exemption certificate must be provided with your order. Please check with your purchasing department for more information and email the certificate to us.

How will I know if my order has been received by SunJin Lab Co.?

We confirm receipt of orders by email ASAP. We will notify you again when your order is dispatched and provide the FedEx tracking details so that you can monitor the progress of your order. If your purchasing department should place your order in your behave, please ask them to quote your name and email address to ensure that the order confirmation and all communication relating to your order is sent directly to you.
