We must charge VAT unless your organization is VAT exempt, in which case a copy of your VAT exemption certificate must be provided with your order. Please check with your purchasing department for more information and email the certificate to us.
We ship via FedEx service and charge you USD45 in each delivery. We will notify you when your order is dispatched and provide the FedEx tracking details so that you can monitor the progress of your order.
The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) form is administered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). According to the U.S. Custom regulation, chemicals purchased from countries outside US must include the TSCA certification signed by the receiver in the package.
